On a plan that supports your property count, Dynamic Pricing is included for properties with a check-in. The plan subscription and extra-property charges still apply. A pricing-enabled property with no check-in may incur a $10 USD add-on. Check Essentials add-on pricing in your account.

The shared account trial ends after 30 days or three confirmed bookings, whichever comes first. Later cancellations still count; disabling pricing does not pause or restart the trial.

First activation replaces existing manual minimum-stay edits. Later manual edits override the dynamic values. Dynamic minimum stays update at least daily and are pushed to connected channels, including Direct.

Use a custom base price, weekday bounds and manual date overrides. Gap-price discounts do not themselves change minimum stays. Channel discounts or markups can move the guest’s final price outside your bounds.

Pricing can be enabled on selected properties. Disabling it requires visiting each property and restores prior prices. Some remote markets may lack sufficient data; unusual properties may need manual tuning.
