Our research
Understand what is behind each profile
We turn product documentation and pricing information into clear profiles for independent short-term-rental hosts. Use the sources, plan details and limitations to decide what to investigate further.
- Research method
- We review official product websites, pricing pages and help documentation to explain features, plan differences and costs. Each profile links to its sources and includes the conditions that matter when choosing a plan.

Official product sources
Official product pages, pricing pages, help documentation and terms.
Built for independent hosts
Our starting point is the work involved in running a small short-term-rental business: managing bookings, connecting channels, communicating with guests and coordinating operations. A product profile brings together the details that help you evaluate those tasks.
Start with the original sources
We prioritize official product pages, pricing pages, help documentation and terms. We distinguish what a vendor states from what its documentation establishes, and link the sources behind the profile. A vendor claim is not independent proof of performance.
Check the claim and its conditions
We check material product statements against their sources and review the final wording separately. Plan names, property limits, geographic conditions and optional modules matter: a feature offered somewhere in a product is not necessarily included in every subscription.
Read prices in context
Pricing depends on the billing period, property count, selected plan and optional services. Where we show an amount, read the unit and conditions alongside it. A module price is additional to the core subscription unless stated otherwise. A starting price is not a guaranteed total for your business.
When a usable total is not available, follow the official pricing link or ask the vendor for a quote. Payment processing, taxes and other charges may need separate confirmation.
Use gaps to guide your questions
We do not turn missing information into a claim that a feature is unavailable. When an important detail is unclear, a profile explains what to check with the vendor. Conflicting documentation does not justify choosing whichever answer looks more favorable.
Public-source research
These profiles are based on public information. They do not represent hands-on product testing, measured performance, or a guarantee that a product will meet your requirements. Before choosing software, confirm your workflows and channel connections with the vendor.
A directory for exploration
The directory helps you explore products and their documented capabilities. Listing order is not a quality ranking, and inclusion is not a claim that one product is the best choice for every host.
Check the date and the current offer
Product features and prices can change. Review dates show when the supporting information was checked; they do not guarantee that an offer is still available. Confirm material purchase conditions with the vendor before subscribing.
