What is the difference between Pay on Book and Pay on Stay?
Default Pay on Book charges 1%; Pay on Stay charges 1.49% at check-in. Ask for the applicable rate if you choose Pro with Pay on Stay or a negotiated contract.
Which amounts count toward the revenue-based fee?
For Growth Pay on Book, the billable amount includes nightly rent and charged fees. Deposits and taxes are generally excluded, but tax and payout handling can depend on your connection or municipality. Use your billable booking amount when estimating the fee.
