Type A and Type B are different
Type A supports broader content connectivity; Type B mainly supports rates, availability, restrictions and bookings, with channel-specific differences. Connection type determines fields and onboarding; support differs by channel. Type A sends configured excluded fees; Type B does not send fees. Content synchronization can require manual action and varies by channel. Rate and availability connectivity does not establish full fee or instant content synchronization.
Airbnb and Booking.com migration limits
Airbnb setup requires disconnecting the prior software connection and completing the applicable Type A or Type B workflow. For the documented Type A import, listings are mapped first; existing booking import is not universally automatic, and the described import covers check-in dates from tomorrow. Past messages and complete historical or current-day migration are not promised. Booking.com setup requires property status/verification, mapping and test dates; documented import covers future reservations starting tomorrow. Vrbo setup and approval
Vrbo connection requires completed property/company content, rates and policies and approval; Type A setup selects Rentals United as provider. Type B workflow differs. Advertiser currency can be set to USD; this is not a USD Zeevou subscription quote.
Calendar timing and message coverage
iCal synchronizes occupancy rather than rates and Zeevou documents a 3–4-hour refresh interval; avoid duplicate iCal connections for API-connected channels. This describes Zeevou’s documented interval, not every OTA’s refresh guarantee. API booking import still has channel/type exceptions. Automated OTA message support differs: Type A lists Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Vrbo; Type B lists Airbnb and Booking.com. The help page states unsupported-channel messages are not sent and no notification is created. This is documented support scope, not a delivery guarantee.
Commitment and cancellation conditions
The terms describe fees exclusive of applicable VAT/GST/sales taxes, a 12-month commitment for annual subscriptions even when paid in monthly installments, and notice before renewal.
