About Turno
Turno lets a host invite an existing cleaner instead of accepting a marketplace bid. It also supports calendar feeds and documented booking integrations. Check the connection, property setup and cleaner workflow before relying on automated projects.
Existing cleaner or marketplace?
Invited cleaners are non-marketplace connections. Payments to them through Turno are optional. Marketplace cleaner payments must go through Turno and incur fees.
For non-marketplace in-app payments, the help page describes fees on US/Canada card payments and US-bank ACH, with a $1.50 USD minimum. Current percentage rates are not stated in that page. Confirm the current fee before choosing a payment method.
Instructions and completion photos
Hosts can add reference images, require notes and require an uploaded photo before a checklist item can be checked off. Checklist links are not supported.
Editorial guidance: choose photos that help you inspect the result, then review exceptions. A submitted image is documentation, not proof that every area is clean.
Scheduling limitations to check
Turno troubleshooting guidance says iCal refreshes occur every two hours and integration sync can take up to six hours. These are documented timings, not our tested guarantees. A booking created and starting before the next sync can be missed; the guide recommends a manual refresh or manual project.
New properties need their own import step. Default check-in and check-out times do not import from linked calendars; set them in Turno or adjust individual projects.
PMS connections
A documented connection does not establish plan eligibility or prove that a workflow will work for your account. An unverified connection does not mean incompatibility.
