Private pros added by the host expose contact details and allow direct payments, autopay and assignment rules. Public network/Search pros have masked contacts and payments through TIDY, with fewer direct-management options. Requests generally need acceptance unless an applicable private-pro assignment arrangement applies. These controls do not make the host subscription free.

Job budgets and acceptance

Hosts can edit job-request rates, and pros may accept or reject the offered budget; an unfilled request can lead to quotes at another rate. Offered budgets are not guaranteed accepted rates, a national cleaning price or assured staffing.

Reservation data and sync timing

The guide distinguishes co-host access, iCal, direct integrations and Zapier. iCal supplies reservation dates rather than revenue, guest details or messaging. Automatic booking attempts to book a pro within configured checkout/check-in windows. Automatic sync is typically every 3 hours and varies by PMS; manual sync is available. Generic integration listings do not establish identical fields or update timing. Connection-specific documentation and source-feed delays still apply.

Payment controls and autopay

Payment entry offers a preview of processing fees before submission and supports recording job date, service and amount; transactions outside supported automatic tracking need manual recording. Private/public pro payment restrictions and current processing charges still apply; some transactions require manual recording.

Autopay limits and default invoice rates can be configured per pro/service/property; a default invoice rate can be edited by the pro and is separate from the autopay threshold. An autopay limit is separate from an agreed job price and does not certify satisfactory cleaning.

Job cancellation and waiver limits

Late cancellation can generate a fee. The waiver guide limits requests to two cancellation fees per ten completed cleanings within 90 days; waiving the fee does not change the underlying booking. The waiver request limit does not mean unlimited waivers or automatic approval. Job cancellation and subscription cancellation have different conditions.

Connections and setup

Beds24: listings API, reservations iCal

TIDY's Beds24 API connection imports property listings only, not reservations. Reservation synchronization and reservation-triggered automatic cleaning use a per-property iCal connection. The API import is listings-only. Reservation-triggered cleaning needs iCal; this limitation concerns TIDY’s connection rather than every use of the Beds24 API.

Hostaway

Hostaway setup uses an API key and account ID to import listings/reservations; hosts enable Automatic Booking per property. Completion in TIDY can push clean status back to Hostaway. Offers depend on the configured pro order and acceptance. API eligibility and a guaranteed maximum delay are not established.

Hostfully: iCal or Zapier

TIDY's specific Hostfully guide describes iCal or Zapier, rather than a direct API connection, for reservation-triggered jobs. The guide’s near-real-time language differs from the generic typical three-hour cadence; precise latency and Zapier costs are unconfirmed.
