Operto’s housekeeping, task and staff-operations module for a crew you manage. Teams is separate from Access, Guest and ONE; pricing is quoted and earlier checkout changes can need manual task edits.
About Operto Teams
Operto Teams is Operto's housekeeping/task and staff-operations module, separate from Operto Access, Guest and ONE. Its demo form includes a1–10-property segment. The demo’s 1–10-property segment is not a confirmed contract minimum or price. Teams coordinates an operator’s staff; marketplace labor coverage is not established.
Staff scheduling and checklists
Teams describes reservation-based task scheduling, staff assignments, mobile schedule/status access and multilingual staff dashboards. Reservation-based scheduling depends on rules and the chosen connection. Marketing real-time language does not establish a guaranteed maximum delay.
Task forms can be customized by property/room/task, attached to task rules and reported on through staff dashboards. Completed forms document reported work rather than guaranteeing physical condition or cleaning quality.
Time tracking and payroll reports
Teams supports app clock-in/out and payroll reports for hourly, job-based or blended pay rates, plus configurable timesheet reporting. Pay calculations and reports do not establish that Teams transmits cleaner payments or provides a full payroll service.
Calendar data and guest counts
An iCal URL is entered under a property's Booking Source. If the option is absent, the help guide says support must enable it. Support may need to enable the Booking Source option. This guide establishes neither a default entitlement nor refresh cadence or API fields.
Teams says Airbnb/Vrbo and other iCal imports typically omit guest counts; bookings can be manually bulk-edited to add counts/names. The 2022 guide says counts are typically missing from iCal, rather than absent from every possible feed; field support varies.
Task rules and changed stays
An earlier checkout does not automatically move the task earlier or backward to the checkout date. Configured booking-constrained rules may move a task to accommodate the next check-in; Same Day setting controls checkout-day completion. Earlier checkout changes can still require manual task adjustment; automatic updates do not cover every schedule change.
Standard tasks use reusable task rules, while one-off tasks are quick ad-hoc jobs and are not filterable in reports. Some multiple-task vacant-day scheduling adjusts only after a server update. One-off tasks differ from reusable rules and are not filterable in reports. Some adjustments wait for a server update.
Schedule rebuilding and permissions
Rebuild All Tasks regenerates the schedule for the selected task rule/properties; the red rebuild option is restricted to main administrators. Rebuilding regenerates a selected rule’s schedule and is restricted to main administrators; it differs from an ordinary per-job assignment change.
Connections and setup
Hostaway: imports and status write-back
Teams lists Hostaway imports including properties/bookings, arrival/departure times, guest contacts/counts, owner stays and rent/deposit amounts. It cannot import Hostaway calendar blocks; notes come from Host Notes. Hostaway calendar blocks are not imported. PMS eligibility and refresh timing are unconfirmed; notes come from Host Notes.
A Teams task rule can be mapped to a Hostaway housekeeping status; completing its generated task on the Staff Dashboard updates that property status in Hostaway. Write-back needs mapped task rules and review when Hostaway status options change. Housekeeping status differs from availability/rate distribution or cleaner payment.
