Channel setup and account approvals

Rate plans and fee ownership
Multiple rate plans are documented for Booking.com, Expedia and Agoda; other channels have different rate-plan or promotion support. Rate-plan features differ by channel. Imported additional costs must be edited in the origin PMS. Manually entered Core costs have selected-channel export settings; Supply API and NextPax Nxtbeds costs must be changed in their original systems. Field ownership and exported fee support depend on the integration and channel.
Subscription versus commission agreements
The Americas FAQ describes both subscription service contracts and negotiated commission under a Property Partner Agreement. Its commission basis is gross nightly rent excluding fees and taxes. Subscription and commission agreements are separate contract models; neither establishes a universal commission rate or combined charge.
PMS and payment connections
The published PMS integration directory includes Escapia, Ciirus, Lodgix and Mews. A directory listing does not establish every PMS version, field or entitlement. The payment-provider directory lists Stripe, Adyen and Worldline/Bambora integrations. Provider availability, merchant approval and processing fees are separate.
